If you think you area a candidate for the Standard Plan-No Frills Basement Finish we want to hear from you. We are available daily between the hours of 9am and 5pm to discuss your basement and finishing projects by phone. We ask that you first please try familiarize yourself with the current condition of your basement space before calling.
Pay attention to:
- Amount of exposed foundation that will require new framing
- Ceiling height
- Ceiling activity- water lines, duct work, are they in the way of a clean drywall installation to the ceiling?
- Insulation is present where? Where not?
- Number of empty circuits in the power panel
